will be held at this weekend's (February 8 & 9)
18th Annual USA Invitation Tournament at Friendship Park:
Friday — 6pm to 8pm
Saturday — 9am to 12pm
2008 - 2009 Division Age Brackets
Under 6 — Date of Birth 08/01/02 - 12/31/03
Under 8 — Date of Birth 08/01/00 - 7/31/02
Under 10 — Date of Birth 08/01/98 - 7/31/00
Under 12 — Date of Birth 08/01/96 - 7/31/98
Under 14 — Date of Birth 08/01/94 - 7/31/96

In order to register, each player will need the following:

Completed Registration and Medical Release forms

Photo copy of your child's birth certificate (if they did not play with our club last year)

Wallet size photo

Registration fee payment in the form of cash or check payable to United Soccer Association
Registration fees are $75 for the first player and $70 for each additional player within the same family.
